Overview
In an increasingly complex threat environment, how can defence stakeholders move beyond ambition to agile execution?
Graeme Mackay will explore how the defence ecosystem must evolve to deliver capability at the speed of relevance, bridging the gap between long-term ambition and real-world impact.
Drawing on the UK’s role within the transatlantic defence bridge, the discussion will examine how trusted partnerships, rapid disruptive innovation, and agile delivery models are redefining how capability is generated and sustained across all domains.
This briefing invites candid discussion around the real-world challenges defence leaders face and how we overcome them, together.
The briefing will be moderated by Professor Trevor Taylor, Professorial Research Fellow in Defence Management, RUSI.
