Overview
This is an opportunity to hear directly from experts working across policy and international affairs, and reflect, on the challenges and opportunities currently facing the sector. Panellists include Nicholas Hopton, Founder of the Middle East Association and former diplomat; Michael Stephens, Senior Associate Fellow at RUSI and expert in Middle East studies; and Alaa Zoubi, Research Assistant for Middle East Security at RUSI.
We are delighted to host this panel discussion in partnership with Solutions Not Sides (SNS). SNS equip young people with the skills to respond to conflict, injustice and polarisation through dialogue, non-violent action, human rights and democratic participation with Israel–Palestine as a case study.
The afternoon will then continue with a reception and structured speed-networking session. The aim of the event is to create space for meaningful dialogue and professional connection between established and emerging leaders in the field.
