Anduril

Anduril Industries is a defence technology company with the mission to transform US and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. Anduril utilises advancements including AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, optics and automation to solve complex national security challenges.

Anduril’s products are software defined and hardware enabled. Unlike traditional defence contractors who focus primarily on hardware, Anduril’s core system is the interoperable Lattice software platform, which enables a variety of autonomous capabilities across Anduril’s family of systems.

Lattice uses computer vision, machine learning, and mesh networking to fuse real-time data from Anduril hardware products or third-party hardware into a single, autonomous operating picture. This enables operators to build a holistic 3D model of everything that is happening in a large area. The result is better, more informed decision-making.

Applied Intuition

Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents are rapidly enabling future uncrewed Combat Aircraft through programs like the USAF Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA), the Australian Air Power Teaming System, and the UK Autonomous Collaborative Platforms (ACPs). These developments demand mission autonomy software that is hardware agnostic and interchangeable, allowing competitive procurement independent of airframe manufacturers. This autonomy technology is not just for uncrewed aircraft, it can be incorporated into current 4th and 5th generation fighter aircraft to serve as a 'Pilot Assistant.' This virtual assistant allows fighter pilots to concentrate on complex battlespace management, maintain pace with evolving threats, and quickly bring attrition replacement pilots back into the cockpit.

Applied Intuition UK is supporting this transition by providing software to safely develop, test, integrate and deploy autonomous systems across all domains. Applied’s capabilities include mission autonomy for UK and European CCAs and ACPs as well as solutions to unlock the full potential of in-service Combat Aircraft.
