Overview

Russia is waging an assertive campaign of sabotage, disinformation, cyberattacks and military provocation across Europe. These disruptive actions range from severing undersea power cables in the Baltic Sea and placing incendiary devices on air freight, to attempts to manipulate democratic processes and inflame societal divisions. 
 
This briefing session will provide attendees with: 

  • Dragonfly’s latest analysis on the most consequential trends in Russian hybrid warfare tactics, including sabotage, cyberattacks and disinformation campaigns. 

  • Projections of how these tactics are likely to influence Europe's security environment in the next few years.
