Pursuant to Chapter 2, paragraph 9 of the Institute’s Bye-Laws as approved by Members in July 2021, the Council of Trustees hereby gives notice of a Special General Meeting of the Institute for the purpose of debating the following Resolution:
Single Resolution: “That the financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2023, as circulated, be taken as read and adopted”.
In accordance with the By-Laws, no other business can be proposed or transacted at this Special General Meeting. Access the financial statements below for the year ended 31 March 2023.
