Overview
This event will examine how climate change and Russia’s war against Ukraine are impacting Arctic geopolitics, and how actors such as NATO, the US, Russia and China are refocusing their attention towards the region. It will also explore Norwegian and UK collective and individual priorities in the Arctic.
The panel will be chaired by Professor Malcolm Chalmers, Deputy-Director General, RUSI, and will feature a discussion between Norwegian State Secretary Anne Marie Aanerud and Lord Coaker.
